He has cousins who potentially want it, so should work out well for everyone. He can charge them more, they will pay less, the place won’t be vacant in a housing crisis. And if they know trades, awesome.

He agreed to swap mower and whipper snipper for chest freezer.

Don’t leave any of my stuff.
