Saturday: squash with Nikki, Ben & Karis; Trail run with Dave (new PB of 1:28 up Jesus) and good club practice with Josh Cox. Fuck he was sharp.

Sunday: date with Kaitlyn as setup by Nikki. She’s a nice woman, not sure there’s attraction though. Then an awkward date with Candice. Some cultural differences meant she was very direct.
